I, [the signed name represented by signature] for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorize GlobalSoko Foundation, Inc. and DadaSoko project operating in Kenya and the United States with headquarters at 3960 Howard Hughes Pkwy Suite 500, Las Vegas, Nevada 89169, to use photographs I generate and authorize their assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures, portraits or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the photographer or DadaSoko project and organizational purposes. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.


Description of images:

All images are sample images of how DadaSoko products may be displayed or consumed based on customer’s preference.

Parent consent:

If under 18 I consent for the parent or legal guardian of me the minor to be the representative of me [by the signature] and the signer has the legal right and authority to execute the above release on behalf of me the minor.

Payment terms:

Signer will be paid 100% of agreed fee, or up to (70 percent) of the total amount of compensation at the time of the photography. The balance of the compensation (30 percent) of the total amount of compensation will be paid once sales are generated on the DadaSoko ecommerce platform. An additional bonus of up to (50 percent) may also be paid based on the performance. Payout is based on overall sales of each individual item or bundle of items (including photo of the product and model). The photography or media is attached to the DadaSoko ecommerce platform.

I will be compensated for the day, time period, or associated days of photo shoot work signed on the date of this agreement.

Platform marketing incentive:

DadaSoko project encourages everyone to support the awareness and marketing of the DadaSoko Platform. More marketing of the DadaSoko platforms increases the speed of more sales that will be generated to receive payments faster.
